About my work
I work with individuals in private practice and within the public sector, where I provide long-term therapy in a therapeutic community setting.
I value therapy as a meaningful space for reflection, understanding, and personal growth, and I feel deeply committed to the work I do. I also recognise that therapy can feel inaccessible for many people and believe in exploring ways to make support more approachable and inclusive.
I welcome anyone who is curious about what therapy may offer them. Please feel free to get in touch if you would like to discuss working together further.

My Ethos
My ethos is to offer therapy that is accessible, inclusive, and responsive to each person, including differences in learning, culture, religion, identity, and ways of understanding the world. Therapy is a collaborative space where care, curiosity, and compassion are at the forefront.
Regeneration
Like the Selaginella lepidophylla “resurrection plant,” people can recover and grow even after difficult periods in life. Times of stress, anxiety, or emotional disconnect do not define you.
Therapy offers more than conversation; it provides a supportive space for reflection, self-understanding, and personal growth, helping you to be more in control of the life you want.

My approach
Individuality
I respect and value the uniqueness of each person. I adapt my therapy to your individual needs.
Responsibility
I take my responsibility as a psychologist seriously and am committed to providing you with ethical support.
Appreciation
I take a strengths-based approach, helping you to use the skills and knowledge you already have, as well as developing new methods.
